Luxury oceanfront property Casa Mi Tierra is located only 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido in the quiet and friendly beach town of Playa Agua Blanca. If you are searching for less crowded swimmable beaches, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, and walkable access to local seafood restaurants, look no further than Casa Mi Tierra. Right outside the property you can surf, swim, watch turtles hatching, and migrant whales breeching.

This comfortable four story home was built in 2018 with the vision to serve as an owner’s residence for part of the year, and when unoccupied, as a rental property for up to 7 guests. One of the best features of the property is every room has an incredible ocean view thanks to large hurricane proof windows with mosquito screens that let in plenty of natural light. There are also many outdoor spaces to enjoy at Casa Mi Tierra: a mini palapa next to the infinity pool, the master bedroom balcony, the covered 4th floor terrace with seating and BBQ grill, or walk along an empty beach for miles!

On the 2nd floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with an industrial Viking stainless steel gas range located in the island, allowing the chef to admire the Pacific Ocean while simultaneously cooking up a fresh catch of the day. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a large wooden parota table and matching wooden chairs. The high quality, corrosion resistant glass sliders with mosquito screens give guests the option to let a natural ocean breeze flow into the dining and kitchen area.

Also connected to the kitchen is access to the downstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are two queen sized beds to accommodate up to 4 people. In the front of the bedroom, there are large glass sliders providing access to the pool area. One of the most interesting design features are the epoxied coconut palm trunks which act as both a privacy screen and provide a natural texture to the living space.

Outside on the 2nd floor is the infinity pool and lush manicured garden.

Head up the staircase to the 3rd floor master bedroom with a large balcony, A/C unit, many secured storage spaces, a large jacuzzi tub with ocean views, and en suite bathroom with a river rock and seashell shower. Access to the 3rd bedroom is via the master bedroom balcony, which can be also used as a gym or solarium. In addition, an ensuite bathroom can be easily added to the 3rd bedroom.

The staircase continues to the 4th floor terrace with an unobstructed 180 degree ocean view, a large seating area, and hammock under a natural clay tiled roof. Even though all of Casa Mi Tierra has an ocean view, the terrace is the best place to relax and enjoy life while sipping on sunset cocktails. Additionally, there is also a BBQ and sink conveniently located on the terrace, perfect for entertaining.

Another feature of the 4th floor, part of the terrace can be converted into an additional bedroom and bathroom. A construction plan, along with partial tile and plumbing work has been completed for this purpose.
